Will the same people be cleaning my house?
Yes! We will keep the same two cleaners for every clean. This way you can get to know them and feel comfortable with them in your home. We value the relationship between we and our clients.
Yes! The only times that the price may differ will be the initial clean and any special request cleans that are separate from the normal clean that is scheduled.
Will the price of my cleaning be the same every time?
What is the cancellation policy?
A 48 hour notice from the scheduled clean is required. Violation of the 48 hour policy will result in a full charge of that service.
Terminating Services: Clients will need to provide a cancellation letter and one final service will be rendered at the regular price before cancellation is fulfilled.
